He made aliyah from Florida ten years ago and after living in Pardes Hana for ten years he now resides in Efrat.  When David is not teaching Yoga orQi Gong he is seeing clients in his clinic in Efrat and Pardes Hana for treatments in Acupuncture\, Craniosacral Therapy and Internal Family Systems.\nZev Gelber is the host of the Pines Retreat Space and has facilitated many retreats and groups over the last eight years. He has recently been certified as a Cold Water Therapist after three years of cold plunging and personally feeling the benefits from Cold exposure and and the many varieties of Breathwork techniques. He has been hosting weekly Breathwork sessions for three years every Wednesday for men and enjoys swimming each day in the local pool or beach.\nThe Accomodation:\nAll accomodation is at Pines Retreat Dome with hot showers and standard toilets.\nThe Food:\nAll the food at the retreat is vegan and organic.\nPayment:\nThe cost of the retreat is 500 shekels. Payment can be made via either bit\, paybox\, bank transfer or cash. To reserve your spot full payment is required.
